JOB DESCRIPTION 1/ Position information: - Position: Junior/ Senior Sales in Ecommerce- Department: Sales- Job level: Junior/Senior specialist- Contract type: Full-time- Working time: Mon to Fri, from 9:00 to 18:00 2026-03-24 - Address: No. 80, Bat Nan Street, Binh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 2/ Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and acquire new clients to provide Digital service in Ecommerce industry (local & cross-border stores, sellers)- Actively participate in networking, industry events, and business meetings to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.- Negotiate and close deals with clients at different business levels.- Collaborate with the account/operation team to ensure smooth onboarding.- Maintain updated sales reports, pipelines, and provide market insights to management. 3/ Requirements: - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development within Agency, AdTech, Marketing, or Cross-border Ecommerce- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)- Experience in Dropshipping, Ecommerce, or Ads operation is a plus- Good understanding of the Cross-border Ecommerce ecosystem and international selling models- Basic knowledge of digital advertising operations and optimization (Meta, Google, TikTok)- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills- Ability to network and expand connections within the Ecommerce community- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment- Client-first mindset with a strong focus on business results- Proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure- Willingness to learn and grow in Sales / Business Development / Ecommerce 4/ What do we offer? - 100% salary during probation.- Full social insurance contribution.- Year-end bonus.- Lunch allowance.- Telephone allowance. - Team building activities.- Annual health check-up.- Access to professional and technical training.
