II/ Job roles:
The Ecommerce Live Streaming Manager is responsible for leading the livestreamteam, strategizing content, and optimizing traffic to achieve GMV targets onplatforms like TikTok and Shopee.
III/ Keys responsibilities:
1/ Overall Management of E-commerce Live Streaming ActivitiesSupervise the planning and implementation of live streaming activities on majorplatforms such as TikTok and Shopee.Take full responsibility for GMV targets in the live streaming segment and developeffective strategies to drive growth.Collaborate closely with internal teams (IMC, KOL Relations, and Advertising) toensure efficient and smooth live streaming operations.Lead and manage the live streaming team (hosts/streamers, technicians, operators,content planners, etc.) to ensure skill development and continuous performanceimprovement.
2/ GMV Goal Achievement
- Establish phased GMV targets, break them down into specific action plans, andmotivate the team to achieve business objectives.Continuously optimize traffic acquisition strategies and product conversion tacticsduring live sessions to improve ROI and maximize GMV performance.3/ Planning and Optimization of Live Streaming Content- Design product portfolios, content plans, and scripts based on local consumer habitsand platform features.Monitor and analyze live streaming performance data; conduct periodic evaluationsto continuously improve processes and user experience.4. Cross-departmental Collaboration
Work closely with brand partners, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensuresmooth coordination of live streaming schedules, inventory status, pricing, andpromotional activitiesEstablish and maintain good relationships with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, andTikTok to secure necessary resources and enhance visibility and conversion ratesfor live sessions.
5/ Market Trend Analysis and InnovationStay updated on the latest trends in the e-commerce and live streaming industry inVietnam; research competitor strategies and apply successful cases to businesspractices.
Explore innovative live streaming methods to strengthen brand competitiveness andexpand market share.
IV/ Position requirements:
Graduated from College/University.
Minimum 2 years of experience related to live streaming on TikTok or other majore-commerce live streaming platforms (Shopee Live, Facebook Live, etc.).Proficient in the ecosystem and operational logic of e-commerce platforms inVietnam, such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc..Strong data analysis skills; proven experience in building and executing livestreaming strategies, with the flexibility to adjust based on business needs.Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills; capable ofleading a team to achieve performance goalsDeep understanding of the Vietnamese market and consumer behavior ; candidateswith existing networks of KOLs, influencers, or MCNs are preferred.Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills to drive efficient project execution.Fluent in English or Chinese.
