HR Strategy & Organization Building 人力战略与组织建设 • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business expansion • 制定并推动公司人力资源战略落地 • Design and optimize organizational structure across HQ and branches • 设计并优化总部及分公司组织架构 • Lead workforce planning and talent pipeline development • 负责人才规划及梯队建设 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus) 招聘体系搭建(核心) • Build scalable recruitment systems for rapid hiring needs • 搭建适用于快速扩张的招聘体系 • Oversee hiring for e-commerce, retail, operations, marketing, and support teams • 统筹电商、门店、运营、市场等岗位招聘 • Improve hiring efficiency, quality, and employer branding • 提升招聘效率与人才质量 3. HR Systems & Compliance 人力体系与合规管理 • Establish performance management, compensation, and HR policies • 建立绩效、薪酬及人事制度体系 • Standardize HR processes across branches • 统一分公司人力管理流程 • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws • 确保人事管理符合越南法律 4. Team Leadership 团队管理 • Build and lead the HR team • 搭建并管理人力资源团队 • Coach and develop team members • 培养团队能力 5. Business Partnering & Operations Support 业务支持(重点) • Act as HRBP to CEO and management team • 作为HRBP支持老板及管理层 • Participate in strategic and operational decision-making • 参与公司经营决策 • Improve organizational efficiency and execution • 提升组织效率与执行力 6.
