Key Responsibilities / 核心职责
1. HR Strategy & Organization Building
人力战略与组织建设
• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business expansion
• 制定并推动公司人力资源战略落地
• Design and optimize organizational structure across HQ and branches
• 设计并优化总部及分公司组织架构
• Lead workforce planning and talent pipeline development
• 负责人才规划及梯队建设
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
招聘体系搭建(核心)
• Build scalable recruitment systems for rapid hiring needs
• 搭建适用于快速扩张的招聘体系
• Oversee hiring for e-commerce, retail, operations, marketing, and support teams
• 统筹电商、门店、运营、市场等岗位招聘
• Improve hiring efficiency, quality, and employer branding
• 提升招聘效率与人才质量
3. HR Systems & Compliance
人力体系与合规管理
• Establish performance management, compensation, and HR policies
• 建立绩效、薪酬及人事制度体系
• Standardize HR processes across branches
• 统一分公司人力管理流程
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws
• 确保人事管理符合越南法律

Requirements / 任职要求(重点强化)
Language Requirement (Critical) / 语言要求(核心)
• Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) – MUST
• 中文听说读写流利(必须条件,可作为工作语言)
Able to directly communicate with Chinese management and handle business discussions independently

Experience & Skills / 经验与能力
• Minimum 8–10 years HR experience, with 3–5 years in leadership roles
• 具备 8–10年人力资源经验,3–5年以上管理经验
• Experience in e-commerce / retail / fast-growing companies preferred
• 有电商、零售或快速发展公司经验优先
• Proven experience in building HR systems from scratch or scaling organizations
• 具备从0到1或快速扩张阶段的人力体系搭建经验
• Strong leadership, execution, and cross-functional coordination skills
• 具备优秀的领导力、执行力及跨部门协调能力
• Strong business understanding (HR + business integration)
• 具备业务理解能力(HR + 业务融合)
